The recipe that am about to share is based on what I have on my petit kitchen’s drawer. If you are hungry and really want to eat within 10 minutes or less yet have to cook, then you probably can try this recipe. However, there are 2 preconditions you need to have, first is the chicken is already defrost, and second the carbohydrate source should already ready or only need 5 minutes to prepare.

Here’s the recipe:

  • 1 chicken drumstick,
  • A pinch of salt (if you have Knorr, it’s way better)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • some sprinkle white pepper (or what you have available)
  • some sprinkle of dried oregano

As the time keeps ticking, cut the meat separately from the bone and chop the bone into 3 pieces, then place them in a container, then add a pinch of salt into your chicken, mix it well.

Chop the garlic the way you want then place it into the pan with the oil, don’t forget to turn on the stove on medium heat. After the garlic has nice golden color, put your chicken into the pan then stir it well. Then start making your carbohydrates while the chicken is cooking — if you have instant couscous or oat it’s perfect — and let it set aside. Go back to your chicken and add the pepper and oregano then stir it again.

Once the bone is not leaking out the blood, crack an egg and put it inside the pan and mix it with the chicken. When your egg looks cooked the way you want it, turn off the heat and place it above your carbohydrate. You are ready to eat.
